I am a multidisciplinary professional with extensive experience at the intersection of creativity, social impact, and leadership.
As a visual artist and creative leader, I design immersive, thought-provoking experiences that encourage active audience participation. My work explores themes such as identity, resistance, and the evolving relationship between personal freedom and surveillance technologies. Through projects like Genesis of CR0N and The Malthusian Paradox, I have blended storytelling, digital design, and participatory engagement to provoke dialogue and inspire action. These large-scale works demonstrate my commitment to using art and technology to engage with real-world social and ethical challenges.
I’ve had the privilege of collaborating with leading research institutions, including the Mixed Reality Lab at the University of Nottingham, contributing to pioneering studies on coactive participation, social agency, and collaborative play. My creative practice spans site-specific performance, interventionist art, digital storytelling, and pervasive gaming, each informing my approach to leadership, innovation, and systems change.
In recent years, I have extended this work into the criminal justice sector, delivering support services and creative programming within prisons across the HMPPS estate, including high-security settings. This experience has deepened my understanding of trauma-informed practice, safeguarding, and the transformative role of family, identity, and connection within custodial environments. Working directly with those affected by imprisonment, I bring a restorative, relational lens to my work, centred on dignity, belonging, and rehabilitation.
Across all sectors, whether artistic, civic, or institutional my work is defined by a belief in the power of creativity to build bridges, disrupt inequality, and imagine better futures.
