How It Works
Ping Pong Pollock invites people of all ages and abilities to take part in 5-minute singles or doubles matches. The twist? The table is a blank white canvas, and the balls are dipped in water-based paint before each serve. As the game progresses, every hit and rally contributes to a vibrant, Jackson Pollock-inspired masterpiece on the tabletop.
Capture the Process
A HD digital camera is suspended above the table to record the entire day’s events. Still images of the evolving artwork are automatically captured before, during, and after each match. These images are uploaded in real-time to Twitter and the Ping Pong Pollock website, making the creative journey instantly accessible and easily shareable for participants through social media.
